Sponsor Information

  • Your generous Christmas Hope gifts and donations will be the only gifts the recipient families will have this Christmas season. Help them experience a special holiday with gift items that your own children,  grandchildren, or other relatives might enjoy!

  • Sponsors commit to purchasing NEW ITEMS for the child(ren). No item (clothing or toys) should be previously used. Items should be new with tags or in original, un-opened packaging.

  • Sponsors bring gifts, unwrapped, in a large black trash bag. A black trash bag allows parents the opportunity to open and see what gifts have been given without the child being able to see them before Christmas. This also allows families to follow their own traditions of either leaving presents unwrapped or choosing to wrap them.

  • Sponsors may purchase and include wrapping paper, tape, etc. for families to wrap presents, but this is not required.

  • Sponsors securely attach their child(ren)’s application(s) to the large black trash bag.  This identification is critical so volunteers can verify receipt of sponsor gifts. This way there is no question as to what has been received and what may be missing.

  • Sponsors should make sure each child within the same family unit receives the same number of items.
