Whether you can donate 1 item or all of the above items to sponsor a specific child (or a family of children), Christmas Hope offers ways that EVERYONE can participate!

Partnering with friends, extended family, fellow church members, or co-workers is a great way to celebrate and enjoy the Christmas season together and share the costs and responsibility of shopping, etc. We just ask that one person from the group provide contact information and be the Christmas Hope liaison.

If you cannot bring items to the CBA office on the date above, you MUST email us at ChristmasHopeMinistry@gmail.com by Sunday, November 26, 2023 to make alternate arrangements.

The items you purchase and donate will very likely be the only gifts the recipient children and families will have this Christmas season. Please purchase gift items that your own children, grandchildren, or other relatives might enjoy!

All items donated must be NEW with tags and in original, un-opened packaging. None of the items should be previously used.

If sponsoring a child or family of children bring all items, UNWRAPPED, in a large black trash bag. A black trash bag allows parents the opportunity to open and see what gifts have been given without the child being able to see them before Christmas. This also allows families to follow their own traditions of either leaving presents unwrapped or choosing to wrap them. You  may purchase and include wrapping paper, tape, etc. for families to wrap presents, but this is not required.

Securely attach a completed RETURN SHEET to the outside of the large black trash bag.  Also place a completed Return Sheet inside the bag in case the one attached to the outside gets lost in transport. This identification is critical so volunteers can easily verify receipt of items. This way there is no question as to what has been received and what may be missing.

If sponsoring a family of children, please be sure each child within the same family unit receives the same number of items.
