APPLICATION STEPS:
STEP 1 - COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION
Complete the online application. You will need an email address to apply and be able to access the email to confirm agency. Be sure to complete ALL the required questions for EACH child needing assistance.
STEP 2 - ATTEND 1 OF THE 3 IN-PERSON REGISTRATIONS
Attend ONE of the three in-person registration nights to complete the document verification. No children are allowed for this event. The in-person registration is mandatory.
STEP 3 - SELECTION & COMMUNICATION
You will receive an email by 12/1/2025 informing you of the agency assigned to assist your child(ren) and the next steps for gift pick-up. Please note that you cannot choose your agency and you MUST respond to the email to confirm your participation, or your spot will be forfeited.

In 2025 Christmas Hope will once again partner with the Hall County Christmas Collaborative to provide one community-wide registration process for all families seeking assistance for the holiday season. You should only attend one registration date. You will need to complete the online application prior to arrival at registration event. Please bring all required documents to registration for verification.
At the conclusion of registration, each agency will determine which families they will serve, based on their own eligibility criteria. Applicants will be notified via email no later than 12/1/2025 regarding which agency you have been selected by and the next steps for gift pick up, shopping, etc.
